We are pleased to announce the official establishment of the FRONTEX Branch of the European Police Union “Europol”, marking an important step in expanding representation and support for employees of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX).
The event will take place on November 27, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM, at the headquarters of the European Federation of Public Service Unions, located at Rue Joseph II no. 40, Brussels.
Additionally, following the conclusion of the electoral process, starting at 12:00 PM, we will hold a press conference to discuss the challenges faced by FRONTEX employees and the key objectives we intend to address in the near future. This moment represents a crucial step in strengthening professional and trade union relations at the European level.
The purpose of this initiative is to ensure effective representation of FRONTEX employees’ interests, promote their rights and professional well-being, and contribute to the creation of a fair, efficient, and safe working environment.
On this occasion, elections will be held to fill the positions within the FRONTEX Branch of the European Police Union “Europol”. FRONTEX members interested in actively participating in union activities are invited to run for the following positions:
1 position for President
5 positions for Vice-President
